Job Description

Opening and closing of Plant Maintenance Notifications (job orders) in case of breakdowns. Preparation for and active participation in audits by clarifying audit requirements, verifying corrective actions and communicating any changes made in the system.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check and post all production and process orders in SAP on a daily basis.

  • Manage and transfer stock from Work in Progress (WIP) to Central Warehouse in SAP as well as cross checking and verifying stocks on a daily basis.

  • Creation, modification and closure of Stock Transfer Orders.

  • Create, transfer post and print reservations on a daily basis.

  • Billing and invoicing by creating outbound deliveries as per loading notes given by the loading supervisor and comparing them to the stock transfer orders

  • Preparation and timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly basis reports or any other reports requested by management.

  • Projection and requisition of raw material after verification with supervisors, bills of material and customer orders

  • Opening and closing of Plant Maintenance Notifications (job orders) in case of breakdowns. Preparation for and active participation in audits by clarifying audit requirements, verifying corrective actions and communicating any changes made in the system.

  • Participation in the stock taking exercise.

  • Maintaining proper records by compiling, sorting and filling all documents received.

  • Entry and compilation of counter production data after comparing physical stock and damages with the machine recordings.

  • Any other duties assigned from time to ensure continuous flow of work.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

  • Diploma in business administration or any other related discipline.

  • Two year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company. SAP experience is an added advantage.


Skills & Professional Attributes Required

  • Result Oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Records management skills, and knowledge of computer packages, professional skills and good behavioral competences.

  • Travel outside the office is required with respect to making site visits and workshops.

  • The jobholder is not subject to work that is physically demanding and is generally not exposed to any hazards as a direct consequence of the job.

  • The jobholder is on call and may be required to work overtime and weekends.
