Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Brand Care Limited in Kampala. The Administrator will be responsible for tasks such as managing office operations, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. The role will also involve providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.
Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management:
Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure that the workplace environment is efficient and supportive of staff needs.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Record Keeping & Documentation:
Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Financial Administration:
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Manage petty cash, process expense claims, and monitor office expenditures.
Human Resources Support:
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
. Bachelors degree in any business related field with minimum 2 years experience
Office Management, Record Keeping, and Correspondence skills
Organizational and Time Management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in administrative roles is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
