Job Description
To deliver value in the form of business outcomes by collaborating within the feature team and key stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that requirements map back to the business value and that the entire feature team knows what and how they are implementing towards the desired requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Validation
Validation: Ensuring that the designed solutions meet all functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability.
Quality Assurance: Overseeing the testing process and ensuring that the solutions are tested thoroughly before deployment.
Documentation
Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of the architecture, including system designs, specifications, and diagrams.
Operational Guidelines: Documenting operational processes and guidelines for maintenance and support.
Continuous Improvement
Innovation: Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Feedback and Optimization: Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve solutions and architectures.
Compliance and Security
Security Standards: Ensuring that solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., data protection regulations).
Security Reviews: Conducting security assessments and reviews to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
Mentoring and Training
Knowledge Sharing: Mentoring junior architects and technical team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Training: Conducting training sessions for development teams and other stakeholders on new technologies or architectural patterns.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Technology
1-2 years
Experience with requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
3-4 years
Practical experience in working in a variety of business areas within IT. Understanding and experience of the various disciplines within IT and how they relate to each other.
