EnerGrow is a purpose-driven Ugandan startup on a mission to transform Africa's future by providing access to life-changing appliances through innovative asset financing solutions. We partner with on-grid and off-grid energy companies to empower individuals and families, particularly in rural areas, to increase their income-generating capacity.

The Opportunity
As our Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving EnerGrow's success in the Lamwo areas. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will also be instrumental in building strong relationships with local partners and community leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing branch team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Develop and implement performance management plans for team members.
Identify and address training needs, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the branch.
Sales & Customer Service
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch-specific sales targets.
Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and informative introduction to EnerGrow's products and services.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries and concerns.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to continuously improve customer experience.
Operations & Administration
Manage branch operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.
Oversee inventory management and logistics within the branch.
Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new branch initiatives.
Community Engagement
Build strong relationships with local partners, community leaders, and potential customers.
Represent EnerGrow at community events and outreach programs.
Identify and address community needs related to access to PUE solutions.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyse branch performance metrics, including sales figures, customer satisfaction data, and operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports for the Senior Operations Manager, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
