Dei BioPharma Ltd is a biotech and pharmaceutical research firm duly incorporated in Uganda Specializing in the development and manufacture of innovative medicines and vaccines. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, site Matugga, Wakiso district, Uganda, shall produce high-quality medicines across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including:
• Dermatology: Skin conditions.
• Orthopedics: Musculoskeletal system.
• Psychiatry: Mental health and disorders.
• Immunology Immune system and related disorders.
• Neurology: Nervous system disorders.
• Gastroenterology: Digestive system and its disorders.
• Endocrinology: Hormones and endocrine system.
• Pulmonology: Respiratory system and lung conditions
• Cardiology: Heart and cardiovascular system.

Duties and Responsibilities
Transportation:
Drive clients to their destinations on time and in a safe manner.
Follow the most efficient routes and be familiar with traffic patterns, road conditions, and potential delays.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, tires, and fluids.
Schedule and oversee any necessary repairs or servicing.
Customer Service:
Greet clients professionally and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
Provide a high level of customer service, addressing any client needs or requests.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Safety:
Ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Be aware of and follow security protocols if driving high-profile clients.
Remain calm and composed in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation.
Route Planning:
Plan and confirm routes in advance to ensure timely arrivals.
Use navigation tools and apps to find alternative routes when necessary.
Stay informed about local events, roadworks, and other factors that could affect travel.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional training in defensive driving or chauffeur services is advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience as a chauffeur or professional driver.
Experience driving luxury vehicles or limousines is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repairs.
Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
Customer Service:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle VIP clients with discretion and respect.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems.
Ability to use smartphones and other devices for communication and navigation.
