Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Client Relations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client relations team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client inquiries through various channels (email, phone, and chat), providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Help maintain positive relationships with existing clients by addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • Gather and document client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services.

  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels for review by the client relations team.

  • Support the client relations team with various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the client relations function.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
