Job Description

The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients through regular phone calls, while also proactively seeking new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to identify and pursue potential leads.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make regular phone calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide updates on services/products.

  • Identify potential new clients through market research.

  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, and report progress to the manager.

  • Proven experience in sales or client relations.

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
