Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the setup and maintenance of contractor camps, including infrastructure, amenities, and services
Coordinate with contractors, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth camp operations
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Oversee camp administration, including record-keeping, reporting, and budgeting
Manage camp supplies, inventory, and procurement
Coordinate with HR and logistics teams to ensure seamless contractor onboarding and offboarding
Conduct regular camp inspections to identify and address issues
Develop and implement camp-specific safety and emergency response plans
Foster positive relationships with contractors, staff, and local communities
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize camp operations and improve efficiency

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in team & project management, Youth engagement, & Team coordination.
Data Collection and Reporting
Ability to work in rural setting
SKILLS
Strong Computer packages like excel and power point
Monitoring and Evaluation
Communications
Problem solving & Conflict resolution
Excellent Interpersonal skills
