Job Description
The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the automotive industry, particularly lubricants, spare parts, and oils.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries. Provide detailed information on products, services, and promotions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution.
Provide insights and suggestions to the management team for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare regular reports on customer activities, issues, and resolutions.
Compliance: Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and procedures. Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or relations role, preferably within the lubricants, spare parts, or oils industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
