Job Description
As a Data Clerk, your role involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of respective Yalelo Ug ERP data, conducting regular integrity checks, and promptly resolving data issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
SSOT & DATA QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure All Data is of high Integrity and Availability.
All Respective ERP Data is entered in SSOT ERP system i.e., D365.
Ensure all Fish Production Data is entered in Production SSOT i.e., Aqua manager.
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry, completeness, and adherence to standards in ERP systems (D365, Aqua Manager).
Conducting data integrity checks, system availability, issue resolution time & training proficiency
DIGITIZATION & PROCESS AUTOMATION
identify areas of process improvement through digitization & automation
Number of Automation and Digitization Solutions Recommended and Implemented
EFFECTIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Understand Business Partnership needs, Help formulate Solutions and Conduct necessary knowledge exchange where applicable.
Maximize data leverage with a focus on operational efficiency.
Foster highly effective Data and Analytics business partnerships and provide quality data literacy training.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, engineering or any relevant discipline
Past experience with data entry and monitoring in a fast-paced company
Desire and willingness to learn new computer programs with speed
Flexibility and adaptability to work within a changing environment
Ability to respond to different demands with a sense of urgency
Skills and Ability needed for the role:
Strong attention to detail and organized
Computer skills with strong focus on Excel and Microsoft Power platform
Proficiency with Aqua Manager program
Desire and willingness to learn new computer programs with speed
adaptability to work within a changing environment
Ability to respond to different demands with a sense of urgency
Working conditions:
Day time working hours 8am-5pm.
