Position Overview
The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness, improving our social media engagement, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business. This role includes overseeing the firm's CRM system, supporting marketing initiatives, managing social media and video content, and integrating technology solutions to enhance business processes. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in system management and experience with CRM, marketing technologies, social media management, and video editing.
Duties and Responsibilities
CRM Management
Administer and maintain the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM.
Analyze CRM data to support business development and client relationship management.
Marketing Support
Assist the marketing team with technology needs, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website management.
Integrate CRM data with marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with the Media Co team to create engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
Social Media Management
Oversee and manage the firm’s social media accounts, including SEO.
Develop and schedule engaging content to promote the firm’s services and brand.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
IT Data Management
Oversee the management of the firm’s databases and data storage solutions.
Ensure data integrity and implement data recovery plans.
Manage user access controls and permissions.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Evaluate and recommend new hardware, software, and services.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of IT administration experience, focusing on system management and website maintenance.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Proven experience in social media management and video editing.
Preferred:
Knowledge in basic accounting or relevant certification.
Basic understanding of finance principles and proven experience working as an analyst.
