Job Description
A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website, and generating leads or sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
Manage online campaigns across various digital channels to ensure brand consistency.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms.
Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns and track performance metrics.
Social Media Management:
Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
Email Marketing:
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific audiences.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget and achieve desired results.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Develop strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers.
Optimize conversion paths and landing pages to increase lead generation and sales.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns.
Staying Updated:
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Implement new strategies and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) can be advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and ROI.
Creativity:
Creative thinking to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
Strong design sensibility and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) can be beneficial
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Project Management Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to tailor campaigns to meet customer needs and preferences.
Experience in customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) optimization.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external partners and agencies.
