Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ENT Specialist to join our team at Frontline MediCare. As an ENT Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat, as well as head and neck surgery.

Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat various ENT conditions, such as hearing loss, ear infections, sinusitis, and throat disorders
Perform surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and nasal septoplasty
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams to diagnose and treat patients
Order and interpret lab tests and imaging studies to inform treatment decisions
Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Provide patient education and counseling on ENT health and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ENT medicine to provide the best possible care

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
Licensure: Registration with the relevant medical board
Certifications: Certification in ENT from a recognized certifying body
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in ENT practice
Skills: Excellent clinical and surgical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements: Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, commitment to staying current with the latest developments in ENT medicine.
