Job Description
LifeLink Medical Group is a private medical establishment, initially founded as Lifelink Medical Centre in 2008 with a goal of bringing superior but affordable medical services, closer to the people. Currently running a hospital in Namugongo, and an urban clinic in Ntinda. LifeLink offers both general and specialist health services in a sparkly, friendly and well-supervised environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reception and Greeting
Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors and clients warmly, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering Inquiries: Respond to inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information.
Telephone Management
Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
Message Taking: Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Scheduling and Coordination
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
Meeting Room Preparation: Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped and tidy.
Administrative Support
Mail and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Document Handling: File, photocopy, scan, and manage documents as required.
Data Entry: Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets.
Customer Service
Client Assistance: Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve minor customer complaints and issues.
