Duties and Responsibilities
Learning and Development
Training Programs: Participate in formal training sessions, workshops, and courses to acquire technical skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
On-the-Job Training: Engage in hands-on learning experiences, working on real projects and tasks under the guidance of mentors and senior staff.
Certification: Work towards obtaining relevant certifications that enhance technical competency and professional credibility.
Project Assistance
Support: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of technology projects.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and status reports.
Testing: Participate in software testing, including writing test cases, executing tests, and reporting bugs or issues.
Technical Support
Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to internal teams or clients by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Help Desk: Assist in responding to help desk tickets and support requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
System Maintenance: Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Development and Programming
Coding: Write, debug, and test code as part of software development projects.
Collaboration: Work with development teams to design, build, and deploy software applications.
Best Practices: Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Research and Analysis
Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the technology sector.
Analysis: Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to assist in the design and development of technology solutions.
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Networking and Collaboration
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver technology solutions.
Mentorship: Seek guidance and feedback from mentors and experienced colleagues to improve skills and performance.
Knowledge Sharing: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
A University Degree - In any Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Discipline
A minimum of Second Class Upper
Must have completed undergraduate degree between 2021 and 2024
No experience experience required
Problem solving mindset, data-driven with an analytical approach to work
Effective command of English in written and verbal communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance environment
