Job Description
Graduate Trainees are usually fresh graduates undergoing training programs designed to introduce them to the professional environment and prepare them for specific roles within an organization. Their duties can vary depending on the industry and the specific program, but generally
Duties and Responsibilities
Training Programs: Participate in structured training programs which may include classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
Project Work: Assist in and sometimes lead small projects or segments of larger projects, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Department Rotation: Rotate through various departments to gain a broad understanding of the company’s operations, processes, and culture.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to support projects, business strategies, or operational improvements.
Report Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by supervisors or project managers.
Learning Company Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Technical Skills Development: Gain and apply technical skills relevant to their field of study and the industry.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams and departments to support collaborative efforts and company goals.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers or clients to understand their needs and support service delivery.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on the training process and suggest improvements where applicable.
Performance Assessment: Undergo regular performance reviews and assessments to gauge progress and identify areas for development.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department or project team.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
First Class or Second Class-Upper bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance, any other Business-related field, Statistics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics), Law or Computer Science Full or part professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or other recognized qualification) is an added advantage

Experience in external or internal audit is an added advantage Kay roles will include:
Interacting with clients to collect data information, set-up and maintain engagement files and prepare working papers
Support the planning, execution and delivery of engagements
Cleanly and accurately document the execution of specific engagement procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, client's engagement history, and planned engagement approach.
Recognize and communicate potential engagement issues or unusual relationships from analysis of financial information
