Job Description
The primary role of a head business analytics and reporting is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that the software and systems developed align with business requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop the Analytics Model to drive sales effectiveness.
Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
Detailed data backed performance analysis for the sales teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive those improvements with the stakeholders.
Provide data backed analytical inputs for key strategic initiatives for commercial verticals.
Performance dashboards, Reporting & Analysis - Daily, Weekly, Monthly to internal and external stakeholders, driving Penetration , Profitability , Productivity
Delivering insights that influence decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Provide the backbone of data-driven decision-making, ensuring information accuracy and availability.
Benchmarking and Market Intelligence.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Project management.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or Business.
An MBA will be an added advantage.
5-10 years’ experience in relevant field.
Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
