Job Description
Golden Marketing Uganda is searching for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) space. You'll be a strategic thinker with a creative spark, comfortable working in the dynamic world of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns for our FMCG clients.
Craft compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.
Manage social media channels, influencer partnerships, and online communities.
Integrate BTL activations with online strategies for maximum impact.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or BTL agencies.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative digital campaigns.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
A passion for data analysis and using insights to optimize campaigns.
