Job Description
Responsible for formulating merchant acquisition and the implementation of the overall merchant strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee Airtel Money retail trade activities as well as Gross additions drive across the country.
Overseeing Airtel Money branches set up and operations.
Track and monitor the performance of channel partners.
Brand visibility of all airtel money touch points.
Drive Revenue growth & business review.
Merchants acquisition and retention strategy execution.
Prudent 3rd Party Partner management.
Ensure merchant visibility.
Overseeing Airtel Money distribution strategies and activities.
Professional People management.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Master’s degree in business administration or any other related business course.
8+ years of experience in Business development/sales preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
3rd party partner management will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of distribution.
Strong understanding of all aspects of sales and of the market dynamics.
Experience in building and development of channels.
