Offer the highest standard of both specialized and general Spa services in a professional manner, maximize all revenue producing opportunities relating to Spa services, securing new and repeat business and establish a loyal clientele via your committed and dedicated staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
To assume full responsibility for the cost-effective operation of the Spa.
To prepare the annual and revised Spa Budget in close cooperation with management, commensurate with operational requirements of the property.
Have complete knowledge of all spa services, including price structure, and help train and amplify the team capability.
Be aware of and keep accurate timing of client appointments/treatments for each working shift.
Maintain the hygiene and safety of all areas according the spa set standard
Ensure that the treatment rooms are at all times set to the spa set standard, with all products and equipment in readiness for the shift ahead.
Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Appropriate diploma in Spa management.
Minimum of Three (3) years' experience in the same position
