Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that schools comply with national and local education standards, regulations, and policies.

Report significant issues and findings to educational authorities and stakeholders.
Advising and Supporting Schools:

Share best practices and successful strategies observed in other schools.
Professional Development:
Organize and conduct training programs and workshops for teachers and school leaders.
Promote continuous professional development and encourage schools to engage in self-evaluation and improvement.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data related to student performance, attendance, and other key indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Use data to inform inspection processes and recommendations.
Policy Development:
Contribute to the development and review of educational policies and standards.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in education, educational administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is often preferred.
Certification and Licensure:
Teaching certification or licensure.
Additional certification in educational administration or school inspection may be required.
Experience:
Extensive teaching experience, preferably in a variety of educational settings.
Experience in educational leadership or administration is highly desirable.
