Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and curate instructional materials, resources, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for training staff and learners.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Degree in Relevant Field: A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a related field. Advanced degrees can be advantageous.
Additional Certifications: Certifications in training and development, instructional design, or specific educational technologies may be beneficial.
Experience:
Relevant Work Experience: Some experience in teaching, training, instructional design, or a related field is often required.
Technical Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies can be important.

Instructional Design Skills: Ability to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials and programs.
