Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally with experience in both agency and corporate/startup environments
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2C mobile app marketing
Proven experience in content creation, creative strategy, and implementation
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mind
Experience working with global / Fintech / startup companies - an advantage
Degree in marketing or a related field
