Job Description
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client Group Vivendi Africa, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to work in Uganda.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing Marketing Strategy: Collaborate management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all channels and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention, and constantly monitor the visibility of the company's brand.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content with the group and local agencies, for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Public Relations: Develop and implement public relations strategies to maintain positive media relations and enhance brand visibility. Handle media inquiries and press releases.
Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Budget & Procurement Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking. Develop call for tenders in compliance with the regulations in force and analyze the offers of a service provider on various indicators.
Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and customer service teams, providing guidance, support, and improved ways of working opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Meet the company's QHSE standards.

Ensure that his/her missions are carried out on time.
Report the problems encountered to his/her hierarchy.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of five (05) years' experience in this position or in a similar position,
Proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion.
Creative and able to identify new growth channels and innovate with smart hacks.
Technical and behavioral skills:
