Job Description
The Allied Health Council is a body corporate established under the Allied Health Professionals Act Cap. 268 to regulate supervise and control the training and practice of the allied health professionals in Uganda.
In accordance with Section 14(1) of the Allied Health Professionals Act CAP 268 and Policy No. 3.4.2 of the Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual (As amended 2020), Allied Health Professionals Council invites applicants from suitably qualified Ugandans who are competent and self-motivated to apply for the vacant Job
Duties and Responsibilities
implement the monitoring and evaluation framework
Develop and implement monitoring strategies and action plans
Support teams to implement appropriate systems and tools to conduct monitoring activities
Plan and conduct routine data quality assessments for health indicators
Ensure evaluation tools are implemented in the field for data collection with fidelity and consistency
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Economics or any other relevant field
Postgraduate diploma in M&E is an added advantage
Minimum 3-5 years of experience from an NGO working with multiple health projects in remote areas within Uganda
Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs
Skills in data analysis and data visualization using PowerBi, Google sheet SPSS, and Data Looker Studio
