Job Description

Provide specialist advise and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

  • Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing strategies to attract potential clients.


Client Outreach:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings.

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the C&B space.

  • Analyze data to develop targeted lead generation strategies.


Database Management:

  • Maintain and update a database of potential leads and client interactions.

  • Use CRM software to track progress and manage leads efficiently.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to understand the services offered and communicate effectively with potential clients.


Reporting:

  • Generate reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on lead generation performance metrics.


Event Participation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

  • Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and other events to attract potential clients.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster trust and encourage business opportunities.

  • Address client inquiries and provide information about C&B services and solutions.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Advanced Degree (preferred but not always necessary): MBA or a Master’s in Marketing or HR.

  • Professional Experience

  • Experience in Lead Generation: 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the HR, consulting, or financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of C&B: Familiarity with compensation and benefits concepts, services, and market trends.

  • Sales and Marketing: Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, with experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients and present services effectively.

  • Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research skills to identify leads and analyze market trends.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and propose relevant C&B solutions.

  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
