At present, it operates 224 enterprises worldwide and is the main force in China's ecological civilization construction and forestry modernization.

  • Administrative Support: Office clerks provide general administrative support to the office staff and management. This may include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

  • Data Entry: They are often responsible for entering and maintaining data in databases, spreadsheets, or other digital systems. This could involve entering information such as customer records, sales orders, inventory data, or financial transactions.

  • Filing and Organization: Office clerks organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents and records are easily accessible and properly stored. This may involve sorting and filing paperwork, scanning documents, and creating electronic filing systems.

  • Correspondence: They may draft, format, and proofread correspondence such as emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of office staff or management.

  • Reception Duties: Office clerks often serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They greet visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. They may also handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Supply Management: They monitor and replenish office supplies such as paper, ink, toner, and stationery. This may involve placing orders with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and organizing supply closets.



  • Record Keeping: Office clerks maintain accurate records of office activities, transactions, and communications. This could include keeping track of expenses, updating contact lists, and recording meeting minutes.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

  • University degree, preferred Information technology ,Finance and Accounting.

  • Under 27 years old, CGPA >3.5

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent command of MS Office
