Responsible for overseeing the receiving and delivery of cargo for all Agency vessels;

Manage all cargo loaded and discharged from the Agency vessel;

Coordinate planning of vessel for an effective and efficient operation;

Maintain effective channels of communication with Personnel, Principals, Officials and Senior Vessel Officers;

Provide a supervisory role in Crewing and Boarding;

Management for all Operations and Logistics Personnel;

Ensure Dangerous Goods approvals and processes meet both Company and IMDG regulations;

To manage the team to achieve optimal cost-per-carrying performance across the container fleet while achieving service standards that meet customer expectations;

Coordinate with the head of export sales a forecast by container type and implement a container inventory supply plan to ensure the timely availability of containers to meet export requirements including food grade and water supplies;

Ensure accurate and timely processing of all equipment-related invoices, so that costs are allocated correctly, and invoices are processed within the required timeframes.
