As an Optician at Frontline MediCare, you will be responsible for dispensing and fitting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction devices to patients. This involves ensuring accurate and proper fit, making adjustments as needed, and verifying the accuracy of prescriptions and orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of frames, lenses, and other optical supplies, ordering and receiving new stock, and conducting quality control checks on dispensed items.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This includes consulting with patients to determine their vision needs and preferences, providing guidance on frame selection, lens options, and contact lens care, and ensuring that patients are satisfied with their vision correction devices.

As an Optician, you will work closely with other eye care professionals, including optometrists and ophthalmologists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest developments in opticianry, including new technologies and techniques, to provide the best possible care for patients.
