Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing WITU's digital economy program for young women, overseeing its strategy, objectives, and impact.
They manage program delivery, coordinate with multiple teams, guide project managers, and lead efforts to connect graduates with employment opportunities in the digital economy.
This role involves creating long-term goals, ensuring effective communication across WITU, and strategically aligning the program with the organization's main objectives.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelors degree in business management, computer science, Information technology degree.
5 - 7 years of experience in similar roles
Masters Degree in business management, computer science, Information technology degree.
Relevant experience in program management, ICT4D and leadership
