Job Description

Job Summary: The primary role for a Receptionist is to be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. By answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor queries and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
To conduct outbound call back to ascertain customer satisfaction.
Build internal and external business relationships to support effective information sharing in the business.
To ensure database maintenance and cleansing by entering correct and complete customer information
Attend promptly to customers’ inquiries and clarifying the information and forwarding requests to other departments.
Receive all customer inquiries to the business and support effective handling through escalation to the supervisor where necessary and ensure timely feedback to the customer6.
Carry any other duties as and when assigned to you.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other Business related discipline
Experience as a customer service representative at a call center or other environment with many customers.
Credit in Math and English at O level is a MUST.
