Job Description
The job holder is responsible for growing quality asset & liability portfolios by attracting, acquiring, and retaining business under company check-off schemes for profit maximization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing schemes including carrying out sales presentations and scheme sales activations.
Cross-sell to existing Customers and grow products per customer ratio, provide regular updates on companies and individuals who exhibit high-risk policies and practices hence controlling and managing risk.
Support Branch, DSE & other sales channels to achieve sales objectives and follow-up and resolution of customer service issues that arise from schemes.
Relationship management to facilitate effective management and service delivery to all I&M Bank check-off schemes.
Provide MIS on schemes performance through analysis, reports, and updates for decision-making by business.
Generate referrals and use market intelligence to achieve deeper relationships with customers.
Grow quality Assets book through follow-up of checkoff deductions and arrears management.
Organize training for both internal and external customers.
Work with Marketing & Product Development teams in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for acquisition, Support launch of products, sales strategy, and campaigns to key segments for profitable and quality business retention, and growth of customer base.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
A university degree in a business-related field such as bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting or Commerce or its equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, or another relevant field.
Work Experience:
5 years’ experience in banking, of which 3 years must have been in relationship management and lending related role.

Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and regulations for Consumer banking with at least 2 years’ experience in local environment.
