Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Repair Center Intern to join our team at Zembo. The intern will assist in addressing client motorbike repairs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced repair center environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with Repairs: Help technicians in diagnosing and repairing motorbike issues.
Customer Service: Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide updates on repair status.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing and organizing spare parts and tools.
Quality Control: Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant technical or vocational program.
Basic understanding of motorbike mechanics is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
