3t Worldwide Uganda Limited is seeking to fill the following positions;

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media).

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.


Sales Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.


Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.

  • Close sales deals effectively and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

  • Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.


Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to customers.


Post-Sales Support:

  • Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.

  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure satisfaction.

  • Address any post-sale issues or concerns promptly.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.


Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same or a related industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Sales Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.


Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.


Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections and challenges.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
