3t Worldwide Uganda Limited is seeking to fill the following positions;
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.
Close sales deals effectively and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to customers.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure satisfaction.
Address any post-sale issues or concerns promptly.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.
Professional Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same or a related industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sales Skills:
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections and challenges.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
