Dei BioPharma Ltd is a biotech and pharmaceutical research firm duly incorporated in Uganda Specializing in the development and manufacture of innovative medicines and vaccines. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, site Matugga, Wakiso district, Uganda, shall produce high-quality medicines across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including:
• Dermatology: Skin conditions.
• Orthopedics: Musculoskeletal system.
• Psychiatry: Mental health and disorders.
• Immunology Immune system and related disorders.
• Neurology: Nervous system disorders.
• Gastroenterology: Digestive system and its disorders.
• Endocrinology: Hormones and endocrine system.
• Pulmonology: Respiratory system and lung conditions
• Cardiology: Heart and cardiovascular system.
• Oncology.: Cancer treatment
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Plan and organize sales activities and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Contact prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings to present the company’s products or services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Highlight the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company’s offerings.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
Ensure that sales agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing performance metrics and forecasts.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Share insights and feedback from the field to improve products, services, and sales processes.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
Develop and implement action plans to address any shortfalls in sales performance.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
Experience:
Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the industry relevant to the company.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.

Additional Requirements
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with digital sales platforms and online marketing techniques.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
Possession of a valid driver’s license may be necessary.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in multiple languages can be a plus, especially in multinational companies or regions with diverse linguistic needs.
