Job Description
The Team Lead will manage projects, maintain relationships with partners, oversee revenue generation, and handle human resources. This role requires excellent communication, regular reporting, and data analysis. A keen interest in agriculture is important.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project & Partnership Management: Oversee projects and maintain partner relationships
Revenue Generation: Liaise with sales and marketing to manage sales of solar equipment, coffee, and rabbit products.
Human Resources: Ensure staff welfare and manage HR issues.
Communication: Build communication channels with team members.
Reporting: Compile, monthly reports on financial performance, HR, marketing, and operations. Prepare mid-year and end-of-year reports.
Data Analysis: Work with the data team to collect and analyze impact data quarterly.
Document Management: Manage and track digital documents with support from Admin and Finance teams.
On-Site Presence: Spend a minimum of three days per month at the primary farm production site.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in agriculture or renewable energy.
Skills: Strong project management, communication, leadership, and digital document management skills.
