Job Description
be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations at our client's site.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate lifting operations, including risk assessments and method statements
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Supervise and train lifting teams, including riggers and crane operators
Ensure accurate calculation of lifting capacities and weights
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure lifting operations meet project requirements
Investigate and report on lifting incidents and near-misses
Develop and implement lifting plans and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, health and safety, etc.)
Experience in the oil and gas industry
Advanced knowledge of lifting equipment and technologies
Certification in health and safety management
