Instruction:

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum.

• Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance learning.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessments to measure student progress.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Classroom Management:

• Create and maintain a positive, organized, and safe classroom environment.

• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures.

• Manage student behavior and address any disciplinary issues effectively.

Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop, review, and refine the curriculum.

• Integrate technology and other innovative tools into the curriculum.

• Ensure the curriculum is inclusive and culturally responsive.

Student Support:

• Identify and support students’ individual learning needs, including those with special educational needs.

• Provide additional help and support outside of regular class time, such as tutoring or mentoring.

• Foster students’ social and emotional development.
