Come Again Investments Limited is a registered company whose main business niche is interior design materials.
Job Summary: This dual-role position involves engaging potential customers through tele sales efforts and monitoring social media channels to gather feedback, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for brand growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and a passion for customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Tele sales:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our company products.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on the quotations and customer orders
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and social media interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues or escalating them to the relevant people, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support the rest of the business team through adhering to processes and procedures during day-to-day activities
Promote and support ongoing marketing launches and promotions
Maintain professional manners to build customer trust and confidence
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity to both internal and external customers
Provide design and product advise to customers according to their needs.
Proactively identify referral opportunities by uncovering customer needs and promoting Come Again product.
Work accurately while minimizing on customer, process and system related errors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the business management from time to time
Cross sell company products and services to new and old customers, develop new customer bases to increase sales
Any other duties as may be assigned by the line managers
Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok) for brand mentions, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and engaging manner.
Track and analyse social media metrics to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with the marketing Consulting team to develop content that addresses common customer inquiries and promotes engagement.
Conduct sentiment analysis to gauge public perception of the brand and products.
Generate reports on social media activity and provide actionable recommendations to improve online presence and customer satisfaction.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Must possess a bachelor’s degree/Diploma, preferably in a Business-related course, from a reputable Institution.
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and social media monitoring tools.
High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in both English and Luganda.
