About Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA)
Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA) is a Statutory Government Agency established by the Free Zones (Amendment) Act 30 of 2024. The Authority is charged with the establishment, development, management, marketing, maintenance, supervision, and control of Free Zones in Uganda. Additionally, UFZEPA plays a pivotal role in the promotion and coordination of all export-related activities, aligning with national and regional economic objectives.
With a growing portfolio of projects and partnerships, UFZEPA is positioning Uganda as a hub for competitive and sustainable exports.
