About the Role: Relationship Officer – Community Banking
The Relationship Officer – Community Banking will report to the Relationship Manager and will play a crucial role in:
Recruiting and nurturing new group business deals
Growing and maintaining existing customer relationships
Monitoring the business portfolio within manageable risk levels to enhance profitability
This role is available for both the Northern and Central regions of Uganda, with the position based in Kampala.
