Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Use various methods to generate leads, such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications with clients.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively both in writing and verbally.
Strong listening skills to understand client needs and feedback accurately.
Salesmanship:
Persuasive and confident in pitching radio advertising solutions to clients.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Proactive in addressing client concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the radio industry, including market trends, audience demographics, and advertising strategies.
Familiarity with competitors and their offerings.
