We are looking for a multi-tasking, attentive, and ready-to-help Customer Support Specialist. Working together with a team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with technical issues when using our services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Inquiries:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer complaints and problems efficiently and empathetically.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments when necessary.
Product Guidance:
Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
Provide step-by-step instructions and helpful tips to ensure optimal product use.
Documentation and Reporting
Record Keeping:
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
Maintain accurate and detailed records for future reference and analysis.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on common issues, customer feedback, and support metrics.
Highlight trends and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Quality Assurance and Improvement
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
Use feedback to recommend improvements to products, services, and support processes.
Process Improvement:
Identify and suggest areas for improvement in customer support procedures.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education level: 2 years of college (minimum)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Luganda.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Interest in helping other people
Open to working 24/7 in shifts
Good interpersonal skills
Quick learner
Interest in the sports industry
Knowledge of football betting markets is an advantage
Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
