We are looking for a Projects Quality Controller to manage teams of call center Agents and Call center KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Projects Quality Controller to manage teams of call center Agents and Call center KPIs.
Call listening and giving feedback to Agents on how they can improve.
Ongoing coaching and development of your team
Taking call escalations and looking out over your team for when an Agent may need help.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
At least 3-year experience working as a contact center representative.
2 years management experience in a contact center environment.
At least 2 years' experience working with a BPO company is an added advantage.
