Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of waiters, waitresses, and barmen.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and professional development
Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat business.
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage management, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in food and beverage service, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
