Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging and trending content for our social media platforms.
Interact with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
Personal experience with social media, showcasing creativity and engagement (please include your social media handles with your resume and cover letter).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to develop creative content (text, image, and video).
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for social media management.
