Duties and Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring they align with established accounting principles and standards.

  • Reporting and Budgeting: Preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights that support the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

  • Compliance: Ensuring that all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, and overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns.

  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analyses to offer strategic financial guidance to senior management, helping to steer the company’s financial direction.
