Organization:

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination and Communication:

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure financial processes are integrated and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Communication: Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial managers and staff, providing guidance on financial policies and procedures.

  • Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating payment terms and resolving payment-related issues.

System Management and Improvement:

  • Financial Systems: Manage and maintain financial systems and software, ensuring that they are up-to-date and functioning effectively.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
