About the Organization:

Solicits new loan accounts in accordance with specific periodic performance targets prescribed in the branch business plan

Kray is a tier 4 digital non-deposit taking microfinance institution with its head offices at City Centre Branch(French Plaza level 1 Room65). Since inception in 2012, Kray has existed to offer loans to micro, small and medium entrepreneurs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solicits new loan accounts in accordance with specific periodic performance targets prescribed in the branch business plan;

  • Acquire new business relationships and accounts.

  • Grow the portfolio as per set targets.

  • Provide input into the marketing plan and campaigns targeted at increasing Small Enterprise revenue.

  • Conducts active marketing campaign to attract new clients;

  • Orients prospective clients about Kray’s loan products;

  • Assist in evaluating creditworthiness of loan applicants and conducting risk assessments.

  • Support senior credit officers in processing loan applications and preparing credit proposals.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Kray Microfinance

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Prior experience in banking or credit analysis is a plus.
