Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service to guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Guest Relations:
Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services when possible.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations in areas such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, or event coordination.
Ensure that all departments work together seamlessly to provide a high-quality guest experience.
Staff Management:
Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service in all areas.
Regularly inspect facilities and services to ensure they meet or exceed standards.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
All applicants must be under the age of 35
Excellent organizational and time management skills
3- Year work experience in a busy restaurant setting
Proven culinary experience & sound knowledge of different cuisines
